Growth Continues at Alaric Compliance

New York, April 6, 2009: Alaric Compliance Services announced that Kelly C. Dehler, a well-respected attorney and securities industry compliance professional, and Joseph DiBartolo, a senior compliance officer with significant financial services compliance expertise, have joined the firm. These appointments further extend Alaric's ability to serve the growing demand for its services from clients across the US.

• Kelly C. Dehler (Chicago) will help clients monitor their compliance with new and existing Federal and State securities laws. She served as Compliance Examiner for Member Regulation for NASD Regulation, Inc. in Chicago, where she was also Trading and Market Making Surveillance Examiner for Market Regulation, conducting examinations of the 150 largest market-makers on the NASDAQ. Ms. Dehler earned her BA from Western Illinois University, her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and her JD from The John Marshall Law School.
• Joseph DiBartolo (New York) will further extend Alaric’s service offerings for SEC-registered investment advisors and private investment funds. He has served as Managing Director/Senior Compliance Officer at Bear Stearns Asset Management and in senior compliance roles at HSBC Asset Management and PIMCO Advisors. He has worked with hedge funds whose investment strategies include long-short equities, high-yield fixed income, private equity, structured loans, mortgage securities, risk arbitrage, and multi-strategy fund of funds. As Chief Compliance Officer to registered investment advisors, he coordinated SEC regulatory examinations, investigations and inquiries. Mr. DiBartolo received his BS in accounting from Syracuse University.
