Melissa Talarico is a Director at Alaric and she currently serves as the Assistant Principal Financial Officer to a $7 billion fund complex. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, 20 of which were spent at American Express Company where she began her career as an internal auditor. While at American Express she built an accomplished career in marketing financial products in both the U.S. and Asia. In her last position there as Vice President, Marketing, she launched the direct distribution channel for the financial planning division, Ameriprise. After leaving American Express, Ms. Talarico started her own consulting practice, where she served in long-term consulting and interim executive positions at Fortune 100 firms, including JP Morgan Private Bank, Morgan Stanley, The Economist Magazine and Prudential.

Ms. Talarico holds a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University, and an MBA from Fordham University.
