Kathy L. Glass is a seasoned compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ms Glass has served as Chief Compliance Officer or Compliance Officer for an investment adviser, hedge fund group, trust company, and private investment firm, including TIG Advisors, LLC, Tiedemann Trust Company, WPN Corporation and Stonehill Investment Corp.

Prior to joining Alaric Compliance Services, Ms. Glass was Chief Compliance Officer with oversight of internal controls, regulatory and compliance functions for TIG Advisors, LLC where she structured and implemented all elements of a comprehensive SEC-registered compliance program for a newly-registered multi-strategy hedge fund group. Kathy developed a compliance review program that covered all departmental functional responsibilities, review oversight, frequency of oversight and accompanying control requirements.

At Tiedemann Trust Company, Kathy designed and implemented the operations, administration, and compliance departments for a new, privately held Delaware limited purpose trust company that utilizes alternative investment strategies.

Kathy lead start-up operations for two jointly-owned companies, WPN Corporation, a private investment firm that invested in distressed securities and corporate reorganizations as well as Stonehill Investment Corp., a distressed debt/equities strategy hedge fund group. WPN Corporation oversaw the assets of WHX Corporation, the $1.5 billion publicly traded holding company for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corporation (WPSC), and 14 wholly owned subsidiaries. Kathy invested a $250 million fixed income portfolio of WPSC working capital assets. Ms. Glass began her career as a marketing specialist for a number of software development businesses.

Ms. Glass received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
