Claudia Ranieri is an Assistant Director at Alaric with four years of experience in the financial services industry. At Alaric, Ms. Ranieri most recently prepared the new Form ADV-2A "Firm Brochure" for the firm's clients to submit to the SEC before the March 31st regulatory deadline. She is currently assisting our Directors in the establishment of compliance programs for hedge fund, BDC, investment adviser and investment company clients.

Prior to joining Alaric, Ms. Ranieri was an Associate in the Investment Management Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, where she assisted in drafting Offering Memoranda and making the required SEC filings for clients. Prior to Schulte Roth & Zabel, she interned for the Honorable Loretta A. Preska in the Southern District of New York, where she assisted in the drafting of Memoranda and Opinions. For three years she worked at Clay Finlay, Inc., an Investment Management Firm, as an Intern in the Client Services Department.

Ms. Ranieri received her J.D from Columbia Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude in Economics from New York University. She is currently admitted to practice law in New York.
