Edward J. Cook

Edward Cook
Director
Edward J. Cook has been practicing law for over 18 years. He began his career as a litigation associate with Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where his securities practice included the Drexel Burnham Lambert reorganization among other matters for financial industry clients. Mr. Cook also worked for several years as a litigator at the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker, and has acted as counsel to the boards of a number of small corporations.
