Peter W. Wilson, Esq. is a Director of Alaric Compliance Services, LLC. Mr. Wilson presently serves a Chief Compliance Officer to several investment advisers and funds. His experience also includes practicing as a trial attorney in the United States Army JAG Corps. During his four years of active duty service, Mr. Wilson held numerous legal positions, including prosecutor for the United States Military Academy. Mr. Wilson also served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney. While stationed overseas, Mr. Wilson was a criminal defense attorney for the soldiers of the Second Infantry Division. His professional experience also includes internships with the law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, as well as a clerkship with a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Mr. Wilson received his JD with honors from Pace University School of Law and a BBA in Finance from Loyola College. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut.
